High Schools in Armenia

Ayb School was started by the Ayb Educational Foundation established in 2006 to boost Armenia’s development and educate a new generation and invest in the future. In 2014, the Ayb Educational Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia, the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and the Institute of Education (IoE) at University College London (UCL) embarked on an extensive educational journey to establish the National Program for Educational Excellence (NPEE) and transform school education in Armenia. This led to an internationally competitive and academically rigorous alternative educational program (the Araratian Baccalaureate) taught at the school and recognised globally. Ayb School’s motto is Comprehend and Create (Sci et crea).

Quantum College is Armenia’s first experimental and non-state educational institution, dedicated to fostering well-rounded, highly developed individuals who are connected to both national and global values. We employ diverse teaching methods to cultivate analytical thinking, broaden their horizons, and shape their worldview. The school offers elementary (grades 1-4), middle (grades 5-9), and high school (grades 10-12) programs, with differentiated tracks in physics and mathematics, chemistry and biology, humanities, economics, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. As the first IB World School in Armenia, we uphold rigorous academic standards. Our students achieve outstanding results in national and international Olympiads. Many of our graduates go on to pursue lifelong learning at the world’s most prestigious universities, continuing the school’s tradition of academic excellence.
